I can't plant my sweet potatoes right away. Can I hold them?

Yes, you can! To do this, you should follow the below steps:

1) Remove the plants from the box

2) Take the rubber band, wax paper and any moss away from the roots.

3) Place the roots in a position where they receive moisture, but are away from the sun and wind.

4) DO NOT WET THE STEM OR LEAVES

5) Roots placed on wet sawdust, moss or a wet burlap bag will keep the plants strong and healthy for several days.
