Due to overnight temperatures forecasted this week at our central Pennsylvania greenhouse, we will have to move out the shipping date for your brassica plants to ensure their health on their shipping journey. Your brassica plants will now be shipping out beginning the week of 2/26/2023. We sincerely apologize for this delay. Fortunately, your brassicas can be planted as soon as you receive them this season and you can rest assured that they will thrive in your garden.

Navigating the New Burpee Customer Login Area


Introduction:

Welcome to the updated Burpee customer login area. We've made some visual updates to enhance your experience. In this guide, we'll walk you through the changes and how to use them effectively. Below is a video that encompasses all the changes:



 

Account Information:


To begin, click on the "Account Information" tab, which can usually be found in the top navigation menu or sidebar of your Burpee customer account. 


Within the "Account Information" section, you'll have access to all your account-related settings, ensuring that your Burpee experience is personalized and tailored to your gardening needs.

Updating Basic Account Information:

  • To update your basic account information, such as your name, email address, and password, follow these steps: 

    • Click on the respective fields (e.g., Name, Email, Password) to edit or update them. 

    • For your name and email, simply type in the new information. 
    • To change your password, you may be required to provide your current password for security reasons. After that, enter your new password and confirm it.  
       

Updating Gardening Information:

  • Burpee is committed to helping you succeed in your gardening endeavors. Therefore, we also provide the option to update specific gardening-related information better to tailor our expert advice and recommendations to your needs. Here's how to do it:

    • Look for a section labeled "Account Information" tab. 
    • Here, you'll find fields for various gardening-related details, such as your gardening zone, experience level, preferred plant types, and any specific challenges you face in your garden. 
    • After updating your gardening information, make sure to click the "Save”. 

 

 

Address Book:

  • When you click on the "Address Book" tab, you can manage your shipping addresses conveniently. 
  • To add a new address, click on the "Add Address" button. Fill in the required information such as your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number. You can also provide a nickname for the address to easily identify it. 
  • To edit an existing address, click on the "Edit" button next to the address you want to modify. Make the necessary changes and save. 
  • To delete an address, click on the "Delete" button next to the address you wish to remove. 

 

Store Credit: 

  • Navigate to "Store Credit" to view or add store credit and gift cards. 

  • Keep track of your available store credit and easily apply it to your orders. 

  • If you have a new gift card to redeem or wish to add store credit, follow these steps:

    • Within the "Store Credit" section, look for an option that reads, "Have a gift card? Click here to redeem it."

  • Click on the "click here" link or button. This action will open a page where you can enter the details associated with the store credit or gift card. 
  • Carefully enter the code or information from the gift card or store credit, ensuring accuracy and avoiding errors.
  • After entering the code, click the "Redeem Gift Card" button to add the store credit or gift card to your account.

 

 

 

  • Once added, the new store credit or gift card balance will be reflected in your account's summary in the "Store Credit" section. 
  • You can also check your balance by typing in the gift card details and clicking on, “Check status and balance.” 

 

 

My Social Accounts:

  • If you log in via social media profiles (e.g., Google or Facebook), manage your social media logins in the "My Social Accounts" section. 

  • Connect or disconnect your social media accounts as desired. 



 

My Invitations:

  • In "My Invitations," invite your friends to create a Burpee account and share the gardening joy.

  • Easily send invitations to your contacts and grow your gardening community.

 

My Orders:

  • "My Orders" is your hub for tracking your recent orders and managing order details.  

  • When you enter "My Orders," you'll see a list of your recent purchases. Click on an order to view its details.
     
     

  • The "First Ship Week" feature provides an estimated ship date for the first plant in your order. This helps you plan and anticipate when your plants will arrive.

  • Inside an order's details, you can find tracking information. Click on the tracking number to access real-time tracking updates.

 

 

 

  • Review the order summary to ensure all items are included and check for any refunds or adjustments made to the order  
     

My Wish List:

  • "My Wish List" is where you can create a curated list of your favorite Burpee products for easy access. 
  • To add a product to your wish list while browsing, look for the "Add to Wish List" button on the product page. Click it, and the item will be added to your list. 
  • To remove a product from your wish list, visit "My Wish List" and click the "Remove" button next to the item you no longer wish to keep. 
  • If you want to add all the items from your wish list to your cart at once, simply click the "Add All to Cart" button. This makes checkout quicker and more convenient.

Notify Me List:

  • The "Notify Me List" allows you to receive alerts when out-of-stock items become available again. 
  • To add a product to your "Notify Me List," visit the product page for the item you're interested in. If it's currently out of stock, you'll see a "Notify Me" or "Email Me When Available" button. Click it to receive notifications once the item is back in stock. 
  • To view your "Notify Me List," go to the "Notify Me List" section. Here, you can see all the products you've requested notifications for. 
  • If you no longer wish to receive alerts for a specific product, click the "Unsubscribe" or "Remove" button next to that item.

Newsletter Subscriptions:

  • Manage your Burpee newsletter subscriptions in this section.

  • Choose to opt in or out of our newsletter for gardening news, deals, and resources.
