Why won't my physical gift card work?

When we transitioned to our new system, the legacy physical gift cards are not all applying as they should. We recommend either calling us to place the order and manually apply the card or we can apply the gift card as a store credit for you to use. We can be reached at 1-800-888-1447 to do so.
